Telmac Corp President
Robert has over 30 years of executive business experience in the Telecom, IT and Healthcare Industries. He’s spent the past 10 years leading his own businesses within Telecom consulting and services markets with specific focus on global enterprise clients. His expertise includes US based and Global Carrier solutions, Telecom Expense Management, Mobility Management, Price and Contract renegotiation, Data Center Sourcing, web and audio Conferencing and telecom bill audits. Robert recently launched a professional business and energy leadership coaching practice via certification with IPEC industry leader in professional coaching programs.
Head of Auditing
Jill Plouffe is a serial entrepreneur with 25 years of experience in building telecom consulting and technology services companies. She brings a wealth of expertise in growing successful businesses in the rapidly changing market of fixed and mobile telecom. As a technology consultant, Jill has worked with hundreds of companies of all sizes ranging in industries from manufacturing, health care, automotive, utilities, non-profit, retail, and professional services.
Jill got her start in telecom working for carriers such as AT&T and Intermedia. Jill has deep expertise in business planning, product and service development, marketing, as well as employee incentives and benefits. With direct experience working in regional areas within the US, Jill has a strong understanding of local markets.
An active champion and supporter of the telecom expense management industry, Jill regularly speaks on topics ranging from wireless technology, telecom efficiency improvements, cost savings, and managed services best practices at Telecom and IT events including CTIA, the annual ATOMP Fixed and Mobile Telecom Conference, CCMI TEM National Summit, ITech Expo, Infotech seminars, and Nortel users groups.
Jill has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Rutgers University.
Head of Cloud Services
Mike Lyons brings over 25 years of operational and consulting experience and leadership in driving organizational excellence, with specific experience managing and leading successful organizations through complex start-ups, turnarounds, and high-growth periods. His industry experience includes work in strategic business planning, leadership development, marketing and business development, merger and acquisition negotiations, human capital planning, and performance improvement. He has direct experience creating programs to improve the technology functions of a variety of organizations.
Mike managed the administrative operations of two large law firms with national footprints. Additionally, he has led a $30 million Professional Services company that delivered technology-related consulting services to Fortune 500 companies and law firms. He changed the way each did business and transformed operations through the leveraging of technology. He has been involved with numerous startup ventures which involved the involve technologies surrounding Big Data Analytics, cloud-based computing and managed services. As commander of a US Army Field Artillery Battery, Mike deployed 120 soldiers and over 30 wheeled and tracked vehicles to Operation Desert Storm. Based on the maintenance program he established, the vehicles traveled over 2,500 miles over 6 months during combat conditions without any major break downs. All soldiers and vehicles returned safely to their base in Germany.
Mike earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from The Stern School of Business, New York University, with majors in Finance and Accounting.
Head of Legal Services
Bill is a Corporate and Technology Transactional Attorney as well as a corporate development expert with success in building alliances, partnerships and JVs across traditional IT, cloud, big data, security, mobile and block chain (distributed ledgers). He brings to Telmac extensive experience negotiating and managing customer and partner sales and supplier agreements from basic contracts to licensing deals to complex multi-million dollar outsourcing agreements.
He gained extensive industry experience as an operating executive at MCI Communications, IBM Global Services, BearingPoint and as CEO of technology startups. His international experience includes living and working Europe where he founded, built and ran as CEO M7 Networks, a venture-backed startup in mobile internet which was a pioneer in social networks for game players. Based in Paris, he also ran the IBM Telecom industry for services business in Europe, Middle East and Africa ($2B revenue, 2,000 matrix employees)
Sr. Advisor Team and IT Services
Dave Bass is a tenured executive with over 25 years’ experience designing Cloud, WAN, and voice environments for hundreds of clients around the globe. A macro thinker with the ability to quickly identify problem areas within an organization, Dave works with his clients to develop and implement resolution plans that produce results in a timely fashion. He has worked with Fortune 100 clients for the majority of his career, including companies in the Retail, BPO, Healthcare, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Transportation verticals.
Over the course of his career he has held leadership positions with Comcast, Advanced Telecom, Cavalier, MCI, Qwest, and most recently CenturyLink. He also co-founded communications consultancy firm TSI Technologies in 1993.
Additional areas of expertise include disaster recovery protocols, security, diversity planning, multi-carrier topology management, as well as customer advocacy in contract negotiations. He also has extensive experience in corporate process design, alternate channel management, private equity, M&A, public speaking, sales team training and management, and operations efficiency and management.
Kristen Nicoletti came to us with 20 years of experience in the wireless industry. For more than half of her career she has worked directly with non-profits, small businesses and enterprise entities and has consulted for multiple companies on WEM platform. Her focus is to create an optimized mobility environment with a focus on efficiency and cost savings. Through both audits and monthly management plans, she saves her clients thousands of dollars on their wireless spend.
As a mobility management consultant, she has experience with contract negotiations, wireless helpdesk management, disaster recovery protocols, wireless policy creation and implementation, and multi-carrier environment management.
Nickey has over 20 years' experience as a legal assistant before starting a multi-VA company in its 11th year of operation. She manages operations for companies across many industries including financial, telecom, packaging, insurance and family law. She oversees the support and functional systems such as website management, client relationship management, email marketing and more.
